If you would like to return a product, you must Contact Us within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavor. All unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Clipsavers at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds. Some items may incur a 10% restocking fee No product returns can be accepted after 30 days. Foreign orders which are detained or confiscated by Customs are not subject for refund. If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must Contact Us within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. Clipsavers is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered. We will NOT exchange products purchased elsewhere. So do not try to say you received the wrong thing, and then return something we did not even sell/ship to you. We can and will track all products returned to be sure they came from us. |
